I am starter trying with hubpages so i am thinking to make money with adsense but i clueless register with adsense and rather go short with hubpages without my own website.Is that possible??

Yes Hubpages has a profit sharing arrangement in which you get paid for 60% of the ad impressions of Adsense ads automatically or Amazon & eBay ads you choose to place. You have to sign up to these programs, the same adsense account may also be used on other sites.

You may also insert affiliate links for 100% of the commission, within the restriction of 2 links to any affiliate program site.

Both these programs seem to be very similar… Although one is more AdSense… what is the difference between the two?

Big big difference. Google Conversion Optimizer is a tool inside AdWords where you can create and post you own ads and you pay per every click on your ADs.

Google Affiliate Network is an Affiliate Marketing Network where advertisers (probably you) subscribe and allow other websites to sale your product for a commission.

Conversion optimizer will help improve the overall sales on yopur site and you pay per click. Where the affiliate network you just pay when there is an actual sale. I hope this helps clarify the matter

I recently purchased a cheap website (premiumgamers.com) that already had affiliate products and Google Adsense built in. I am curious if Adsense automatically updates the new channels and ads I create and places them on my site or do I have to do this myself.

Google adsense will auto detect your website once your paste the code on the website. However, if you want to track the earning individually, you need to add channel manually on your adsense account

I know that becoming affiliated with google, amazon, eBay, etc. is the only way to get paid because they supply the ads that people earn you money, but is there some sort of catch to this? Writing online article to make extra money without having to pay for anything like membership seems a little too easy and too good to be true. Is there anyone on here that is already doing this who knows anything?

No catch at all. The way that it works is that other companies pay for a google counterpart service which is called "Ad Words". This service allows them to show up at the top of search results, this is the money that you’re getting, so basically, google is not giving out any money for free.

Key to earn money from AdSense is traffic. More traffic means you will earn more. So you need to optimize your site for search engines (SEO) to get loads of traffic. Also you need to pay attention to ad placement too.

When using youtube I realize that some of the videos have slightly different pages, often with the users logo displayed prominently over the description window, and on top of the user’s channel page. There are usually ads on these video pages as well, and a lot of them get to go on the home page of youtube.com. I have heard the term youtube affiliate being bounced around. Is this how do I become a youtube affiliate, get google adsense ads on my video pages and get to personalize the band over my video description window?

I think you have to set up your account, and it costs, I only notice these big logos on videos that have been posted by BIG companies, so I doubt it’s easy to do that.

Well those Google scams sites are not affiliated with Google or Google has any connection with them. Also you wont able to earn like they say or everyone would use those. You can read more about Google scams here,
