do i violate clickbank TOS if i as an affiliate giveaway other peoples product as a bonus to increase my sales?

Friday Jul 16, 2010

I assume you wish to promote a clickbank product saying that if people buy through your aff link they will get a extra bonus from you (?)

If you have the rights like Master Resell Rights or Private Label Rights that allows you to use these products as bonus then it’s no problem. In my knowlegde you don’t violate any clickbank TOS - actually it’s quite a common strategy amongst Affiliates.

Any marketing affiliates out there making over 50 sales per week?

Tuesday Jul 13, 2010

I’m really sensational with all the affiliate components (email marketing, posting, ad words, etc.), but its just not shaking things up enough. I need someone out there who’s REALLY making at least 50 sales per week. Let’s talk.

If you really want to learn from someone who is doing a lot of sales, I advice you to watch some videos of a guy who is doing a LOT of sales with all kinds of Affiliate offers… In the source box you will find a whole series of videos about how you build your business, but really the BASICS… very simple content and things you can start using immediately. There is more than an hour of videos there, and again, it is totally FREE.

Hope that helps. If you have any questions after watching the videos, you can mail me at codenaamyahoo@gmail.com and we can talk.

Hope that helps.

How do you generate affiliate sales in a "timely" fashion?

Monday May 24, 2010

Here is another question I have for those of you familiar with the affiliate marketing business (where you promote other peoples’ stuff on your website or blog). I’ve been in the affiliate marketing business for a while (I primarily use Linkshare, Commission Junction, Amazon, Ebay, Clickbooth and Clickbank as well as a few tiered affiliate programs, such as Global Domains International). However, I’ve noticed that some advertisers (especially at Commission Junction) expect you to generate sales for them in a "timely" fashion (say within 6 months or less) and some may terminate you from their program if you do not generate sales for them soon enough. I currently have 2 websites, but they do have a low page rank at the moment (they are relatively new after all) and so I don’t get a whole lot of traffic to them. Anyways, is it possible to generate affiliate sales within a short time frame (say 6 months or less)? If so, what is the best approach to accelerating the process?

If you want to generate sales within a short period of time then you’ve gotta drive lots of traffic to your website in a much shorter period of time. Unless you are extremely lucky, you won’t really get any sales. There is a study that says that only 2% of people who visit your site are most likely to convert into payers.

So there is really no way of accelerating the process unless you’re willing to commit to building traffic to your websites first (which in the end, would really be worth it because it’s going to give you more options on how to monetize through your site…).

Check out the Affiliate Marketing and Web Traffic sections from this blog I stumbled upon on twitter. I think the articles are quite digestible enough.

How can you know for sure when you market something as an affiliate that the originating site will pay you?

Monday Apr 26, 2010

Is there any accountability for that? What if someone goes to their site through an add on your page but then comes back later directly to their site to purchase a product? Then you get no sales, right? It seems like it would be hard to really make money as an affiliate. More info would be great!

You have a few questions here. There really is no way of knowing if someone stole your sale and there isn’t any mechanism out there to track the suspects. You are absolutely right and linking from someone else’s page does occur. You would not get that sale, you are right. It seems like it would be hard to make money as an affiliate….and it is not as easy as many claim - making 6 figures overnight.
Some of what you can do is Cloakthe link to the products on your page - that way you are assured someone cannot steal your link right from your page. Some of the biggest affiliate marketing sites such as Clickbank eencryptor code the links they provide to their sales people. That helps. There are millions and millions of dollars to be made in internet marketing as there are many more people out there shopping and buying on the internet. It is work to make money on the internet but easier than many people think it is. If someone does click from your site to buy a product , often a "cookie" is left on the person going to the site’s computer so if they go back in a short space of time - your link still works. But that is a long story.

WordPress, Squidoo, Blogspot, GoDaddy. Which is better for business sales, blogs, and affiliate income?

Saturday Apr 24, 2010

I would like to sell crafts, MLM products or some other items in the most low cost way possible. I want to be able to add photos, banners, links to other websites and affiliate ads. I am not sure what website to use. I have heard about WordPress, Squidoo, Blogspot, and GoDaddy, but I have no idea which would work best. What do you think. If there are alternatives, please give your advise. Thank you.

Start a blog on blogspot that would be the easiest if you want to start the free way. Use Squidoo to promote your blog as they only allow a few links in a lens. Godaddy is where you buy domain names, their hosting is not that great for a blog.

What are the most effective Wordpress plugins to attract the most relevant traffic and maximize website sales?

Thursday Apr 22, 2010

What are the most effective Wordpress plugins to attract the most relevant traffic, the most relevant traffic and maximize website sales?

I am thinking maybe:
1. RSS feed plugins,
2. Cost Per Action (CPA) plugins or code snippets,
3. Affiliate plugins and/or links

Can you provide links to the tools that you think are the best, and let me know why you think they are the best?

Hi there,

I have never used CPA plugin and affiliate plugins.
But RSS feed plugins, i use. And these plugins:
1. ALL in SEO pack.
2. Social bookmarking
3. XML Generator
4. Top Commentators

Well i more care about long term traffics/returning visitors than quantity.
Greetings

Question about Affiliate Marketing Sales?

Tuesday Apr 20, 2010

Say you promoted a merchant ok, and your says for period 1st jan 09 - 1st april 09, you had 700 clicks for them, generated £10,000 worth of sales and earned £600.00 But in 1st jan 10 - 1st april 10, you had over double the clicks to retailer, 1500 clicks, but you only sold £2,000 worht and earned £100.

Is that a realistic drop, or would you want to investigate if sales were being generated properly by the retailer.

It is a realistic drop.
This last 8 months have seen merchants drop their per click payments due to the economic climate. Businesses have had to make cut backs on their outgoings so ad clicks was one of the first things for an online business to cut back on.

The revenues are slowly starting to pick up again but the PPC rates are still fairly low comapred to what they where a year ago.

How can i became a good affiliate?

Monday Mar 15, 2010

I am new in on line marketing, i want sale some affiliate product, how it possible

There are three main steps to take in becoming a successful online affiliate marketer. 1) Building a website with a specific niche and it’s content. 2) Driving in "targeted" traffic to your site. 3) Making money with different advertising and affiliated marketing programs.

1) BUILD YOUR SITE & IT’S CONTENT. You have to first build a site by registering a domain name, choosing a web host and then building your website pages. You web pages are made up of your site content, which has to be extremely informative about your site’s topic. People come to websites looking for information that is both helpful and understandable. So be sure to continuously update and edit your contend to keep it relevant and useful.

2) BRING IN TRAFFIC. Once your site is up and running with numerous pages of useful content, you have to drive "targeted" traffic to it. Meaning you have to market your site to people searching specifically for it’s niche. It’s not enough to have just a single or double digit number of visitors. But even if you have triple or quadruple digits in traffic numbers it won’t matter if the people who are visiting aren’t interested in your topic. Learn about SEO (search engine optimization) to get your site ranked high in the search engines when people search for keywords related to your site’s topic. Also post your site link on forums and other areas on the web related to your niche.

3) ADVERTIZE. Join Google AdSense; google will post advertisements related to your topic on your site and you will earn money when your visitors click on the ads and their links. Also join affiliated marketing programs. You’ll advertise products related to your topic on your site, and the company who owns the products will pay you a commission when a sell is made via your referral. You can also sell ad space on your site.

I have been researching affiliated marketing and getting incredibly invaluable information and guidance from Lisa Irby, a webmaster who makes a 6 figure yearly income by being a full-time affiliated marketer. Below I’ve linked a specific page on her website explaining, with both text and video, how to make money as an affiliate marketer, and a specific page on her YouTube channel about making money with Google AdSense.

How do I get affiliate sales?

Monday Feb 8, 2010

Hello I just started a affiliate program for my website on clickbank. In a week I have about 30 affiliates but I still have no sells. Its an ebook on how to make money. I need help making sales I thought that my affiliates would be able to generate sales but it doesn’t look like they are doing a good job, I have offered the highest commission and an incentive’s, along with banners and even excerpts from the book. I know the product is a good product because many people can use it. Are there any companies out there that will reach sales goals for me, without me coming out my pocket immediately. PPC is expensive within itself so that’s not an option for me. Help me out please.

Hi Fierra,

I just did a search on clickbank for fierra23 and your offer was there but there wasn’t a pitch page. Your home page is offline as well. Are they both the same? Your banners are really bright with text thrown onto them.

So take this lightly, ok. I don’t see a website, so there is nothing to buy. If and when there is a website that appears, you are going to want really good adcopy (I mean you should want to buy your own product after reading your own product page. You should test and prove your conversion rate because good affiliate don’t want to market low converting products. There isn’t a product price or $/sale to attract the better marketers. Your banners should include 125 x 125 pixel ads (lots of wordpress uses them these days). Also, try using higher quality banners that look good and sell your product and not yourwebsite.com.

If I were you, I would go to an affiliate forum and get advice from members in the forums as well. They will usually give you pretty good advice.

Good Luck. I really hope you product gets off the ground and does well.

If I need to send a banner to an affiliate sales thing and it should have embedded code, how do I do that?

Wednesday Feb 3, 2010

I’m using Photoshop and I’m not an idiot, but I’m not familiar with this affiliate stuff and I’ve never embedded code into a banner. I’ve always dealt with one site at a time - made the banner, uploaded it, gave it a link, period.

all code is differnt, so you don’t need to send the code…
send the brand and the shop name… and where is the palce…
here is the e-mail: hanouzi_noproblem@yahoo.com
for any further, just send your problem to me
