Are there people who are having success by using email harvesting softwares for email marketing? I want to buy an email spider but they are very expensive. So I want to be sure of their effectiveness before I buy. Also advise me on which email harvesting software is best to buy.
Building an email list with an email spider is not the best solution. Your list we not be "clean" a lot of people will mark your emails as spam. This will cause more problems than results. You need to find intuitive solutions to get peoples email that are interested in the product you have to offer. Give something in exchange for example register for my email marketing tips and tricks newsletter.
Another good way to get users is to create contests and give away something.
You can check out our e-marketing solution http://www.beezilla-marketing.com there’s a few tools to help you build your contact list.

Now I want to know if i want to send one email to all of my clients (110,000) what should i do.please tel me and explain me clearly
All spammers deserve death by diarrhea.
I would like to promote by homebased business by sending marketing emails. I would like to know the effectiveness of these emails by tracking whether the email is read or deleted without being read or whether the user clicked on the link in the email etc.
(I know the Delivery and Read receipt option in MS Outlook. I am looking for something better)
You can sign up for Google Analytics but you need to embed the analytics code into your website. This gives you detailed site metrics for your website include user origin, whether it be organic or referral. It will also give you the source of the referral, so you can tell if that page visit was from clicking through from your email.
As far as effectiveness, its debatable, but your response rate will be very minimal. 3% would be considered good. Unless you have a very large customer base, or a business where you have personal relationships with your customers. Most spam filters will catch your email and if not most people delete that junk anyway without reading.
It is software for getting emails from the internet. I wonder if there is any for free. I have been getting emails from torrent sites but now I need to get my own targeted emails. Is there a free software for that. Please advise me on the whole scenario if you can.
Subscription of email data bases would help you a lot for effective targeted email marketing or email blast, this would not only save your time but will provide you with the good responses because of the high incident rate you would get using such databases.
I go to Alaska once a year, where i go to work there is no cable or tv resepcion, and internet is limited you only can check and send emails.

For a few weeks now it seems like yahoo’s performance/speed has taken a huge hit.
What I do notice is the banner ads that target me related to a recent search or words in my personal emails come at a faster clip than before. But this same software seems to have wreaked the speed of Yahoo that I have come to know and love.
Anybody else notice the same?
Ok, what I did realize is that ie8 will not advance to a link until the whole ad plays which some can take as long as 10 seconds. Caught the name of it at the bottom and says something like adyeildmanager or something like that. I did read on a financial site that most www hosts will be experimenting with a new way to charge for internet up and above what you pay now. I hope they don’t take too long with the experiment. It may just be the perfect push for me to stop using the internet so much if it continues to be so slow. Thanks for all your answers.
Some time ago, when they had technical problems and accidently placed a script in the box on the YA pages instead of the flash ads normally displayed, I found out that adyield-manager is used to place personalized ads. Adyield manager uses cookies to track your browsing habits, so you may get a different ad displayed than somebody sitting right next to you. That prompted me to look for solutions since I don’t like to get spied upon, and I found several good solutions…
Download and install the latest Firefox browser:
http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/all-beta.html
Also install "adblock plus":
https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/1865
Result: no more annoying ads! And pages are loading much quicker too…:-)
http://www.admuncher.com/ - this adblocker for the IE (and other browsers) gets highly recommended in several forums.
http://www.macupdate.com/info.php/id/26171/safari-adblock - for Safari Mac
http://opindian.com/blog/2009/02/25/adblock-solution-for-safari-4-windows-and-mac/ - another solution for Safari 4 Win and Mac.
I personally have the Firefox installed and don’t see anymore ads on the YA pages…:-)
Looking for a supplier to assist with email software project.
Take a look at Percassity Marketing Data Solutions http://www.percassity.com/
We have never used mass email marketing before but are giving it very serious consideration now. We can get a company to do it for us or we can simply buy databases and an application and do it ourselves. But we’re wondering whether our ISP might get a bit annoyed if we send out millions of emails? Thanks
Well, yes, I would say a lot more than annoyed. You need to contact and talk to your provider, as they usually have limitations for different personal and commercial services. In order for you to find out what they are and if it will affect what you want to do, you need to talk to them.
i have to use yahoo mail account . i have to work with email marketing . so i have to send bulk mails. so i have to use mass mailer
software. in this software smtp server is required. so i did not know my smtp server . so pease help me.
Incoming mail server (POP3): pop.mail.yahoo.com
Outgoing mail server (SMTP): smtp.mail.yahoo.com
Yahoo expressively states, that Outlook, Outlook Express and other progs like Incredimail only work with mail plus, but by using "YPOPs!" you can get Outlook to work with Yahoo! mail regular and New Yahoo! mail too.
