I built a new web site some time ago. And installed Google Analytics. I see I do not get many visitors to my web site. I`ve read a bunch of writing articles and doing stuff, but would like to focus on activities that can really increase my traffic.

Do not rely only on search engine traffic. You need to drive traffic to your site. Now there are many, many ways to do this.

First Article Marketing. Many people do not utilize this, and it is extra and it is free. Write some articles on niche topics and have a link back to your site in resource box.

If you become very good at writing, find out which high traffic blogs will accept your content. This way, you can get lots of traffic faster and the best of all, in most cases it will not cost you much.

You can also do blog commenting and drive traffic that way.

Not sure if you heard of Massive Traffic Report but you can learn about 14 strategies that are free, or very cheap and drive LOT’s of traffic that way!

That is one way, if you also have a budget to work with you can advertise to specific words on search engines such as google bing or yahoo. For example some one types in your website name or something related to your website they will see an ad for your website at the top or sides. Another way is connection blogs and articles. What you do is write articles on a related subject and post it to free websites. At the end of your article put a tag line for your website. Do 20 a day (same article 20 different sites) and by the end of a week you have 140 links out there over time you have tons of exposure. Another is make a free blog on google or similar blog site then direct your customers there through your articles. basically, use as many ways possible to put your name and link on to the web.

What you need is a web designer. They will fully upgrade your sight and can take care of all of these things you need done. Try searching for some in your area.
