Good affiliate advertising programs? With NO POP UPS?

I am trying to mix a little of: pay-per lead, pay-per click, and pay-per impression. My problem is that I want to find advertisers that pay when their ad banner is displayed on my website… WITHOUT POP UPS!!!! I am obviously having trouble finding an affiliate program that doesn’t deal in pop ups. Can anyone point me in the right direction.
